1. Introduction & Agreement
These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Grapple platform, including its mobile application, website, and related services (“Platform”), operated by Golden Goal Gaming Development Services LLC (“Grapple”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Nature of the Platform
Grapple is a free-to-play, skill-based engagement platform allowing users to make predictions and interact with content related to sporting events. No wagering, betting, gambling, or entry fees are involved, and no monetary prizes are offered. Grapple is not affiliated with any sports league or athlete, including but not limited to the UFC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
4. Account Registration & Security
Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the Platform, manipulate outcomes, use automation, or engage in unlawful conduct.
6. Virtual Content & Rewards
Any points, badges, or rewards are virtual and have no cash value.
7. Communications
We may send service-related messages and updates.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content and trademarks belong to Grapple or its licensors.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Grapple from claims arising out of their breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Platform.
12. Termination
Grapple may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
14. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
Data collected may include:
- Identity information
- Usage data
- Technical data
Data is used to:
- Operate the Platform
- Ensure Platform security
- Comply with legal obligations
Users have rights to access, correct, or delete their data.
