These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grapple mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Golden Goal Gaming Development Services LLC (“Grapple”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Overview
Grapple is a free-to-play, skill-based engagement platform that allows users to make predictions and interact with content related to sporting events. Participation is based on users’ skill and insight. No cash wagers, betting, or gambling of any form are offered or permitted. No entry fee is required, and no monetary prizes are awarded.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law where you reside.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility information and suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.
4. Accounts and Registration
In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account (“Account”). When creating an Account:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

- Attempt to circumvent Platform security or manipulate outcomes.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.

- Reverse-engineer, decompile or hack the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
6. Platform Features and Updates
Grapple may offer optional features such as enhanced analytics or subscription-based services. All purchases are subject to the terms and payment policies of the relevant app store provider.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and rights related to the Platform are owned by or licensed to Grapple or its affiliates. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or exploit Platform content without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law:
- The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or the accuracy of content.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grapple and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent UAE courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
