1. About the Application

• Welcome to Grapple (the “App”). The App provides a fantasy MMA gaming platform where users can make fight picks and earn points based on correct predictions ("Services").
• The App is owned and operated by Golden Goal Gaming Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Access to and use of the App, including its associated products and services, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
• By downloading, browsing, and/or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication in the App. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any modifications.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

You accept the Terms by using the App. If prompted, you may also be required to click “Accept” or “Agree” to confirm your acceptance.

3. About the Services

• Grapple is a fantasy MMA prediction platform where users earn points for correct fight picks. Additional points may be awarded for correctly predicting the round or method of victory. Incorrect predictions may result in zero or negative points, depending on the chosen outcome.
• Golden Goal Gaming Development LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts

• To access the Services, you may be required to register an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are liable for any activity conducted through your account.
• Golden Goal Gaming Development LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

5. Acceptable Use of the Services

• You agree to use the App lawfully and not engage in activities that:
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functionality of the App or Services.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
  • Violate any applicable laws, including UAE data protection and privacy laws.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other users.
  • Distribute malicious software, spam, or misleading information.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to manipulate the App or its Services.

6. Privacy and Data Use

• Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed within the App.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your data for purposes necessary to provide the Services.
• You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@goldengoal.ae.

7. Subscription and Payments

• Access to certain features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchases ("Subscription").
• By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees ("Subscription Fees") as displayed in the App.
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers, and we are not responsible for any transaction failures or disputes arising from those services.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings through your device’s app store.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds for Subscriptions or in-app purchases will only be issued at our sole discretion, except where required by UAE law.
• If the App is discontinued or we are unable to provide the Services, a prorated refund may be issued for any unused portion of your Subscription.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, its content, and all associated materials, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned or licensed by Golden Goal Gaming Development LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content within the App without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The App and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information within the App, including fight results, points allocation, or predictions.
• To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
  • You violate these Terms.
  • Your account is involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  • We discontinue the App or Services.
• You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting support@goldengoal.ae to request account removal.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Golden Goal Gaming Development LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, and licensors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims related to your actions within the App.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally before pursuing legal action. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to arbitration in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in accordance with UAE arbitration laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
